Contact OHD to start the process

OHD not only provides access to innovative products, but our Patient Advocate Team works with patients and their physicians to handle all of the paperwork, making things as seamless and easy as possible for the patient.
The process is easy, we start by identifying a patient’s needs through a brief conversation with an OHD Patient Advocate and product specialist. Once we have identified that a patient has a medical necessity and will benefit from one of our products, our team will reach out to their physician to retrieve a written order and coordinate with one of our partner DME suppliers. Once we receive the signed order back from their physician, we will assist the assigned DME partner in fulfilling the order and shipping it directly to the patient’s home – for free. Patients don’t even have to worry about contacting their insurance company, because the partner DME assigned to them has a team of medical billers that will work directly with their carrier to ensure all products are covered. We do everything we can to assist in making the process as quick and easy as possible.

Medical supplies are delivered right to the patient’s front door.
