Intake Specialist

One Health Direct is rapidly becoming a leading supplier of durable medical equipment to our US customer base. With 12 years of experience in the US and 3 years in Puerto Rico, we are committed to helping people and being a top resource for our customers. Our company is one of the top leaders authorized to sell Freestyle products. We are seeking our next Contact Center Patient Advocates to continue building our team of excellent employees.
Are you ready to start a rewarding career where your energetic personality and fun spirit can shine? Base Pay $12.50 plus commission! Paid Training, Full-time 40 hours work-week! Monday-Friday 9:00 AM to 5:45 PM with a benefits package in 90 days.
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Intake Specialist Team! No experience necessary, however it is preferable and will be taken under consideration – we provide all the training you need to be successful!

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Contacting patients regarding durable medical equipment covered by their insurance.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone calls.
- Listen attentively and take detailed notes to ensure approvals.
- Engage in ongoing training in person.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure punctuality and attendance for all assigned shifts.
- Maintain a cheerful and positive attitude.

What We’re Looking For:
- Demonstrated proficiency in Windows PC navigation, with the ability to operate multiple systems at the same time.
- Available to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (Preferred)
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attendance, positive attitude, and teamwork skillset.
- Understanding of a customer-centric work environment where performance is measured, analyzed, and rewarded.
